The Cakepokernetwork does have the ability to stop players from playing on all skins. Yes he has contacted me and I am waiting for a reply from the network. From reading his post and shout comments here I see he had a problem with a coupon that was not issued. He did post that was correct. The next problem he informed me was Cakepoker blocked his players chat for asking information on a private event.
I asked
Cake to review the logs and see if he asked for information on which forum was hosting the event or if he asked for the password. From my understanding they have been emailing each other back and forth until
Cake blocked his emails from coming in. I know they have a zero tolerance on passwords sharing.
These poker sites are run by people and humans do make mistakes. I do not know the content in the emails so my comments are not below are not based on this issue.
If you have an error at a poker site be patent not everyone in support works or has access to the same information or compensation. It could take a few days for a site to get back in touch with you. Repeated emails or threats will get you nowhere.
