to bad this happened.  personally,  i would never jeopardize another persons membership by even asking for the pw regardless of the circumstances.  there is always another day and there will always be another game.

This forum here you have to buy the passwords with your credits!  By giving it out like that you remove those spots from the starting pool.  If a tournament of 50 spots you reduced it unfairly to 48!  How would you like to purchase a password fairly and not be able to play.

If the system is freezeing how did they contact and how did you get password?  Some thing you should think about when asked in future, and when check the freeze out!

Sounds like there are some holes in the reasoning.  Next time think a little more ahead.

OK here is the deal. You did violate our rules and you were aware of the rules. Sassy did know our rules also and is banned from the forum for lying to me about it. Xtrain I spoke with and he thought this was a different site he was warned and explained his side of the story.

In chat here Pats said that no poker room is going to close his account, after he posted that I sent a request to Carbon to block his account for 7 days. He explained why he did what he did and said it will not happen again so he is not going to be ban from the forum. After 7 days Carbon will open his account back up based on my approval, if Pats is ever accused by any affiliate that he has either joined an event or shared a password again his account will be permanently closed.

If feel some punishment is needed in this case so the 7 day ban will prove to Pats that we can have accounts closed if players join or share another forums private event. As long as Pats follows the rules from now on this will be fine with me for him to stay here.

I think this is a very good lesson to learn! Everyone should read the rules, always!

Since buying the passwords is the way this forum operates, then if you give the password out, someone has not paid.

This is unfair to all of the forum members who paid to play in the tourney.

PFP, I agree with you 100%. This is sufficient punishment.

Pats, thank you for admitting to your mistake. Many people would simply try to blame someone else. Good luck to you, Pats.

PFP Thank You for being understanding with what has happened. I think that some should refrain from some of your comments as you don't really know what happened. It was a total miscommunication in what site was what. I am happy that PFP decided not to ban Pats. He is a good guy and admitted what he did, and if I knew this site it might not of happened at all because I am the one that brought it up elsewhere. The other party, happened to be there and did whatever. But I am sorry to PFP and to Pats. If I only knew that this was the site and not the other than it prolly would've not happened at all.

The other one that shared the password was ban from PFP along with having their players account at Carbon closed. 2 out of the other 3 that got the password from that members accounts on Carbon were closed also. The other member out of the 3 was the one that informed me where he got the password and agreed to sitout during the event. He has since joined the forum and is welcome to play in the events as long as he gets the password the correct way. That member was AAvasydmxand I applaud him for making the correct decision in the event, some of you might have even seen him chatting and saying he was sorry for playing.

I missed this game, but from what I read the right choice has been made.
Also when this kind of thing happens, yes there will be lots of neg. feedback,
but we have us one of the best Admin. one could ask for.

How he puts up with it or even keeps it all fair & str8, I'll never know.
One thing is for sure, if it was any other forum they would of sent everyone to the cleaners. Now thats not being neg. Thats a true fact.

So please members, try to learn from others misstakes &
Lets Play Some Poker !

Cheers !

I'm glad thats over  Cool
