OK here is the deal. You did violate our rules and you were aware of the rules. Sassy did know our rules also and is banned from the forum for lying to me about it. Xtrain I spoke with and he thought this was a different site he was warned and explained his side of the story.
In chat here Pats said that no poker room is going to close his account, after he posted that I sent a request to
Carbon to block his account for 7 days. He explained why he did what he did and said it will not happen again so he is not going to be ban from the forum. After 7 days
Carbon will open his account back up based on my approval, if Pats is ever accused by any affiliate that he has either joined an event or shared a password again his account will be permanently closed.
If feel some punishment is needed in this case so the 7 day ban will prove to Pats that we can have accounts closed if players join or share another forums private event. As long as Pats follows the rules from now on this will be fine with me for him to stay here.
I get the banning of someone from a forum, but that is kind of a strange business practice to ban someone from their site isn't it? I suppose if your just a freeroller they could care less, but if someone tried to do that to me on
Bodog I dont think they would even consider it considering my lifetime rakes plus my huge losses on the casino floor. Do all sites do this or is a
Carbon thing? Not that it applies to me but just strange business tactics.
