Have Better Chances to go to FT knowing how to play this 2 hands!

I think everybody have already gone all in with any of these hands before the flop in a MTT tornament...
1-Which of these hands are better?
2-What should if someone goes all in and i have any of these hands?

when u go the 2 players show their hand, 22 is a little better.

But if we analyse the hand before they show it, AKs is soo much better,  Becouse when u goes all in with AK there is a hugely chance of your opponet have an A and something lower (happens a lot in freerolls) that gives u almost 75% of winning the hand... and if they have a pair of QQ or low u will have around 50% of winning it.

otherwise the 22, have around 50% of chance of winning 2 higher cards not equals, but if when u goes all in the other player shows a pocket (something that happens a lot) u will have just 2 outs!this is crazy!

Conclusion: just becouse the probability of a 22 winning AKs is better the the reverse doesnt mean the 22 are good cards to go all in pre flop, actually a good all in is just the one when u have more than 70% of chances on winning. risking all your money in 51% can make u win 1 or two but will not bring u to the FT!

First thing about 22 when I am playing!  After the flop and it missed I do not know where I am with 22 since any card matches the other player(s) Grin I am behind, so why think of calling unless there are other reasons you have on how the players been playing.

As for yours or any one's stats well when I am playing I worry about the other player I am against.  I do journal my play and will look there first for any info on the player I am against there.

Nice to read you keep stats and hope to go up against you soon. Cheesy Wink Grin

Thx man, and i forgot to say what u said! Making a journal can help u a lot! and it is soo easy that there isn`t a reason of not doing it... This will help u a lot making the decision of going all in preflop that can cost u the tornament!
