When you are already winning, don't wait until your mind tells you to stop. Your brain tends to forget once you're all excited & so confident of winning more.

Use some basis or facts to stop.

Set your quota. Once you reach it, stop.

Stop & don't be greedy.

I must to admit to this. It,s hard to quit when your winning. But by the law of averages your streak of luck will change. Plus the other players may adjust to your play. So I agree its best to set a winning and losing limit per session and try to stick to it. I like the Hit and run stragedy. I don,t know how many times I have been up only to lose it all and TILT. And kick myself for doing so.  Sad

The bankroll management I have post at an earlier time works for me.  Lose 1/2 bring in , leave or 1/2 your profit at one sitting , leave.  Longer you stay the more likely you will lose it all!

Hit and run to stay fresh to!

this has happened 2 me i must admit. It sumtime isn't so easy to quit when u are winning our losing. I set my limit to my buy in. If I win double my buyin I quit. Same with losing and i try to stay away from trying to get revenge U never win.
