In a 6 handed double or  nothing. 4 players left. I am chip leader with around 3k  chips. actually all our chip were about the same.  Holding QQ bb position, sb all in. should call or not

Well, in a 6-handed double structure, you'd usually expect people to go all-in with A-10 up. Although your pocket Queens are pretty strong, you'd be at the mercy of the community cards if AA, KK or AK were to be on the other guy's hand. Good fold. Smiley

In a 6 man double up its never a good idea to risk  all your chips.
You are not playing to win you are just playing to make the top half.
Risk as little chips as you can.

If that person was just trying to steal your bb chips. Than you could take him out in other measures besides risking all your stack. Patience can be a big factor, just a lot of people don't have it.

You have to buy into the different mentality with a double up comp.  The guy before you has made a good play probably knowing AK will lay down if youre on the bubble.  Personally i dont play them probably just a well cos i woulda moved in knowing the range could be massive and at least a 70 30 fav most of the time.

Nice discipline though

Hey ,
depending on the different ship stacks on the table and how the preflop bets went, you should fold if he is showing weakness and then raising if not then call because someone who shows strength from the begining is ussually semi strong you probably made the right call
