I'm curious to what you have 1k left from. If you had four to five thousand and your down to one. I would say take a brake and learn up on some bankroll management. How much do you usually buy in at a table for?

Plus,  if you had a big stack recently and lost 3/4 of it so to speak. You might throw the rest away trying get back initially what you had. Break, learn bankroll management.

i go from 15k down to 1k in 4-5 months.  Not all on poker.  I start off from slots and other caisno games, did win big sometimes, but mostly put it back  the next day.. then i change to net poker as seems better in control and more skills involve. still not doing any good. at least the losses are not as bad.

Dang thats allot to loose,if its money lost from winnings
than doesnt hurt as bad but still stings.

I lost some big rolls my self but not that big.

My advice would be stay away from the casino games.
Stick with poker.

Play in Freerolls give your money a rest.Once you start
winning again than try some smaller buyIns and work
your way back up.

Before doing all this I would take a couple days of from
Playing.

Good Luck I hope you win it all back plus more.

Solution to the glass is half full - half empty ......

If you are taken something out of the glass than its half empty if you are putting something in the glass than its half full..
