I just got KKKK at land shark I pocket KK and there was K one the flop and on the river.I slow played it and got the other player to go all in.He was holden JJ.

A few hands before that I got AA and raised 4 times the blinds and get 2 callers.I am first to act so I check, was going to check raise all in.Someone raises I wait a sec and than try to raise all in but I waited to long,I wasnt paying attention to the timer, and my hand gets folded. That is the second time that happened to me.You would think I would off learned from the first time.

Solution to the glass is half full - half empty ......

If you are taken something out of the glass than its half empty if you are putting something in the glass than its half full..

Get a chess or cooking timer and have them set for 15 seconds before you have to fold and remember to hit them when your turn comes!

Sounds idiotic but some people play with poker chips.  Try it , it may help!

That is a good idea but,I wont be making that mistake again.
I think the reason it happened was I just left a table that was
a regular table where you have 20 seconds to act and sat down
at a turbo table where you only have 10 seconds to act and didn't
notice it was a turbo ,that hand was one off the first hands I got
when I joined the table.I also play with no volume so I couldn't hear the
warning beep but either way I still wasn't paying attention and should off been.
