This post is going to be about peoples input on knowing when to take a break.
Please post about times you have played to long (sleep deprived) (on tilt)
I notice whenever im doing really well i cant stop go to sleep and pick it up the next day.
I'm sure a lot of poker players do this.  I'm past the point i rarely go on tilt, but i seem to play too long of sessions.
This is a big problem as to why so many good players go broke.
PLease give some input to the matter
