I have an issue I would love some opinions on. Not too long ago I was playing in a mini game "potshot" and i was winning , and all a sudden the software just shutdown, and error message pop out telling me to contact tech support.After fews min , i retry and it bring me back to the game but all the winning was gone.  Of cuz i report this to the support team. The support say that theywill check on it and will update me within day.  After couple days of wait with no reply, i check back with them. then as they said still under checking.  It has been almost 3 weeks, is there anything else that i could do.
