assume the following:

- your MP2 at a 9 or 10 handed table.
- everyone folds to you so you're opening the pot.
- you have MP3, CO, Button and the blinds still to act.
- the table is fairly aggressive.
- you're an eagle according to everyones pokertracker stats (tag)

what do you do with the following hands:

a) 77
b) 88
c) QJs
d) QTs
e) ATo
f) KTo
g) JTs
h) A9s

You can't just look at this situation as call, call, fold, raise or whatever. There are things you need to take into account...What kind of players do you have on your left? Do the blinds defend with most of their hands? Are ANY of the players behind you aggressive and prone to reraise thus, possibly shutting you out of the pot? Also, are you playing limit, pot-limit, no-limit because they all require different decisions based on different factors. The biggest one though...How do the other players perceive your play? Do they think you're solid? Loose and agressive? A rock? If the players see you as solid they'll give you more respect but if they think you're loose and getting even slightly out of line, you're going to get tested by any halfway decent player. You want to avoid tricky decisions if you can and doing anything with players yet to act without thinking about all these factors is like flying blind and you will be forced into tough decisions much more often than you need to be.
