Use your Paint program in your accessories menu. If you have Windows/Vista then use your Snipping tool located in accessories as well.
I hope this will help you out.

Cheers !

To screen shot there first select what you want to screen shot by selecting whatever with your computer mouse, ( put mouse cursor over picture and left click it). Them hold the Ctrl and Alt (I use to bottom left corner of keyboard (Ctrl ) and the 3rd key from the bottom left corner (Alt)) keys at same time and press the (PrtSc) key (4th key to the left from the top right hand corner).  The selection will be on your computer clip board.   To transfer it to the web you must first put it to a computer program like MS Paint (< comes stand with most computers) where you have to Paste from your clipboard and save it.

Once it is saved in your computer memory you them can transfer it to the web (I use photobucket.com there are others).

Carefully and just get saving any picture to your hard drive for practice before trying going to the web.  Good luck and try it please.

Give me a pm (private message) if you have problems.
