I am playing in a $6 nl holdem Shoot out at Party poker.I placed second in the first round and just finished the second round in first place.I like this kind off tourneys but I think you spend just as much time waiting to play as you do playing.I think it would be much better if instead off waiting for all tables to finish if they would but the tables that finish first into the next round as soon as there is enough to make a table for the next round.I think there will be less waiting to play this way.

Solution to the glass is half full - half empty ......

If you are taken something out of the glass than its half empty if you are putting something in the glass than its half full..

Just finished the 3rd round.I placed 1st.One more round to go.
The last hand was a crazy one.I had AK in big blind and everyone has  about the same amount off chips a little over 100k but one player has 200k and the player on the button trys and steals and raises to 12k I re raise all in he calls. He is holden 6 4.What a crazy call.I was so sure a 6 or 4 was coming and Iwas going to get knocked out by a donkey but my AK hold up and I win.

Well that was a quick round. there where 6 off us at the table and I was in big blind everyone folds around to the small blind he just calls.I am holden 44 so I reraise him all in and he calls and has 66 and I get eliminated.I know I shouldn't off pushed with 44 but the blinds where so big and I didn't think small blind had a hand with only calling the blind.I should off played more conservative but too late for that know.We both would off had all our chips in the middle after the flop anyways I think because the flop was 3 3 2.It was a fun game might play it again tomorrow.

I think there is a time during poker games when we make at least one bad decision. Learning to recognize that decision as being a bad one is only half the battle.

The other half is making those darn donkeys FOLD!!!!!!

You did a good job underdog, next time you will get 'em!
