ouch $400?! you know this make me think if its possible to win any case against any site that is not legit?

I only have stopped playing at one site and that is because the forum who plays there had a player name call me ( brown skin < putting the word politely) ,also had some of my posts deleted or changed with out explanation.   Boston Tea Party was about taxes and freedom of speech.  Well they toke my speech, name called me and did not give some of my winnings.  The poker site as in did not honour out of forum games like ring games and gave no explanation as to why they did not credit my account from games not related to either of the two forums!

They do advertise on TV and are an American site.  Believe it or not I am not an American so it is OK to defame, take my freedom of speech and cash.

Basically was told by support it is our money and we can do whatever they want to.  If there was any cheating it is on their side since I know I can control the cards etc.  I can react which I have done.

No I did not use inappropriate language or threaten any one or site.

First off I think everyone should have posted the poker sites name..If the poker site is lacking things people should know about it..
I stopped playing at this one site because it should be called bigger stack will always win..No matter what if you had the higher stack in front of you, you will win the pot!!

The way that people play on that site and the suck outs
is what makes me stop playing at a site.Like to day I had
20 in my account at a certain site and a lost it all to suck out after
suckout.but thats poker what can you do.
