i'm not really a republican but...reaganomics worked. 1) reduce government spending 2) reduce tax rates on income from labor and capital 3) reduce government regulation of the economy 4) control the $ supply to reduce inflation

Best is a hard one with such a short list. It is too bad LBJ or RFK was not on the list. Those would be my choice.
Nixon tops your list, followed by Pappa Bush (Baby Bush is bad bad bad for this country - only Reagan was worse) And it is a myth that Reagan shrank the government - he grew it by more than 15% and increased the national debt the second most of any president in US history (all except Baby Bush). Remember this - Republicans cut taxes and spend great sums of money doing questionable things and then say "charge it" for future generations. Democrats tax you now to fund their whims. Both are bad, but like that old TV add said "...you can pay me now, or you can pay me later..."

You got to pick the last one since he delegates and listens to others compared to the others in my eyes. Hope the next one does better!

LBJ? What did HE do that was so special ASZ? Or did Clinton's actions embarrass you? Later,
