thats for a part the truth
the government does a lot for us yeah,
but we pay our healthinsurence and get a bit less
than the half back (from the taxoffices)
and the unemployment rate has to do with the foreigns,
most likely polish/bulgarian (they are cheaper), and the recession

Unemployment rate has to do with higher taxes, less work due to higher products, higher materials and less people have extra money to buy things with.  The polish or bulgarian comment you had has nothing to do with this recession, or the fact that unemployment is through the roof.  The issue is Barrack Obama and his marxist congress.  Period.  Why are they not that concerned about unemployment, but they are still out trying to sell healthcare, EVEN after it passed!!!

I know a 20 year old going broke paying medical bills. She is already working full time. A citizen should not go broke paying medical bills. The system is broke. It is in the national interest to provide health care to its citizens.
Surely enough oil is in the ground and it belongs to our nation, and the nation enjoys the bounty, not the privileged few. We see how capitalism worked in these last 7 years. If you can steal from Grandma  to make a profit, we'll just call it capitalism. Government gave up the longheld protection of protecting citizens from monopolies and now almost no one you know runs their own business. We now work for corporations who are pulling the government strings.

i so agree with you eberatta. it wont be much longer before the lines of division shall be corporate lines of ownership. you will have to be a member of a food corp. like sam's club to buy food. a member of a energy corp to have fuel. estate corp to have a place to live if you dont own. well you get the point. soon enough the corporate divisions will draw lines between the sectors of the world and have all of us singing the coca cola song. or wishing we were tone deaf and had no reason to sing along. whew.... i need a glass of water now. who the hell wants to bill me for that need? thirsty ??  pay a corporate charge for having that need as well.   geezzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!
