President-elect Apparent Barack Obama.  Cool Smiley ... or you could call him "Mr President- elect Barack Obama"  if it were an official title which it is not for him until January 20, 2009! Undecided Wink

As for the commander in chiefpart also does not come in effect until January 20, 2009, he can not give an order to an armed personnel and expect it to be honoured as of that date.  He is just a civilian in their eyes (armed personnel ) until then and is therefore not part of his current tittle.

Barack Hussein Obama II was the junior United States Senator from Illinois from 2005 until he resigned on November 16, 2008, following his election to the Presidency.     He is the current ACRON in Chief until sworn in January 20009!  Professions Attorney and Politician before that!
