we have a winner! (or 2)  the correct name is listed with the correct number of years.
howard andrews has entered the wsop a consecutive 35 years.(he should get a hall of fame induction for that record!)

the credit count would od been raised yesterday to to 200.

tifftill gave me the name and number of years i was looking for.
joe gave me the name twice and years 1974-2008 first (i didn't do the math!)

so, if i'm to solve this i will split the credits equally between you two.  if you have a better solution-pm me!
