1)  brian cantu won with the worst hand going into the flop throughout the wsop.  he had about 25 bb left and pushed all in with a pp.  he went out in 40th position.  who took him out and what was he holding?

As for 40th place well

Mauro Lupo Eliminated in 40th Place ($154,400)
 
Mauro Lupo and Peter Eastgate saw a flop of and when Eastgate bet 200,000 Lupo moved all in for his last 1.2 million. Eastgate called with for the flush draw and overcards to Lupo's and top pair. The situation was quickly reversed when the spiked on the turn and when the fell on the river Lupo was eliminated.

Peter Eastgate had Ad, Kd

Mauro Lupo had Qd, Jh

or are you looking at a different wsop other than this years?

well sometimes i can't read my own writing!  i scribble it down late at nite in the dark when i'm watching tv!  it's difficult to decipher it a few days later.
