a "jammer" is a person who's not actually playing but a "bystander at the table" sometimes players get annoyed with. this is my silly guess LOL!

jammer poker - Fast-action player, one who bets and raises frequently and aggressively and has to control what ever they.  Basically you have to play through them!  They play os hands and nonconductors!
