Insect let's see African Bee and Black Mouth Mamba Snake! Can inject up to and over 125 ml depending their size( 0.2 ml can kill adult human in a few minutes). Their also is a Green Mamba snake.

I still think it is snakes, that continent has the most deadly varsities of snakes from venom to Pythons, second choice since people have to wash there clothes and get snatched in the process, is Crocodile. Crocodile use ambush to get it's prey. Just like poker.  |

Well if it a mammal and can be found in American Zoo, How about "POLITICIAN," or Buffalo!!!
A wounded buffalo is regarded as one of the most dangerous animals that can be encountered.
A Rhino can also kill but they do not interact with humans as much as Buffalo, they eat the same stuff as cows so people hassle them.
Politician joke answer or true when you read news on how they restrict aid to the poor and staving people.
