boise state still undefeated, the undefeated teams are dwindling, the strech run to national title is getting interesting.

Auburn whooped Georgia 49-31 and are 11-0 but poor sportsmanship caused them to lose two starters for the first half of the Iron Bowl game with Alabama.

Way to go guys. You really showed them Bulldogs. Yeah right. Who's going to look stupid now with two starters sitting on the bench during the first half of the most important game of the season. It won't be Georgia.

In my mind being National Champions means more than just winning every game. It also means showing good character and sportsmanship both on and off the field.

I'm from Alabama. I went to school at Auburn 1978-1981. I'm an Auburn fan. I was happy when they won the football game. I was embarrassed watching our players being ejected from the field. I hope it doesn't happen again.

Let me correct myself before someone else does it for me. The two players that were ejected weren't starters but their sitting out could affect the coach's rotation of the other defensive linemen.

character, sportsmanship, integrity. ethics, lost qualities in many parts of society not just the sports world.

I am glad Navy won their game today against Army 31-17. Figured Navy won the last 8 games, that not much would change.
