Third Place win at party poker
« on: October 27, 2008, 12:42:06 AM »
I just played a king off the table qualifer at party poker.
I placed 3 out off over 2000 players.

They gave me a ticket to another tournament that starts in 4 days
and top 20 off that tournament go on to the $2 million final game.

I am also in a 10k freeroll on the 29 at party poker.hopefully I will make it into the cash.

Solution to the glass is half full - half empty ......

If you are taken something out of the glass than its half empty if you are putting something in the glass than its half full..

10k tourney started.8000 people in it ......wow

just finished the first brake I have 20k in chips.

Almost got eliminated in when I caught a flush and another
player hit a higher one and dropped me down to 1800 but
worked my way back up to 20k.

Well its the second brake now I have 74k in chips.
I did have 90k but before the brake started I was in
big blind an a short staked player with 17k went all in
and I called I had A Q suited the other player had AJ off suit.

He hit his J and won the pot.

blinds are 2k and 4k

Well was doing good.Got up to 370k but than got
AK and called a 100k bet.The other player had QQ.
so he took 100k on me.Than I get A7 suited on the
button everyone folds I try and steal the blinds and raise
4 times the blinds both blinds call.The bored pairs 4 7 7
I raise they both call J comes so I check one player is already
all in the other raises all in I fold.the small blind had j q offsuit.
Q on the river.
The other player A rags.J Q wins.He shouldn't off even been playing
the hand.

This put me down to 70k with blinds 15k and 30k waited for a hand
got K J suited so I pushed and lost against A 10.

Finished in 81 place.Won a big $12
