lol no you can buy the ticket in the store and if you pick the right number
you win the credits that that were used to purchase the tickets.

ex. if 100 ticket were sold prize would be 1000 credits if there is no winner
    the credits add on to the next week.You can use credits to buy free
    money in the store and passwords to private events hosted by this
    forum.

If there is no winner the credits go on to the next week.

I think it just keeps growing untill someone picks the right number and wins what the prize pool is.
