Republican Party wants to criminalize online gambling

For your information, the Republican party wants to criminalize online gambling. This is directly from the Republican Party Platform. It's right here:

Internet Gambling

Millions of Americans suffer from problem or pathological gambling that can destroy families. We support the law prohibiting gambling over the Internet.

For all of our non-US members, this is a pivotal election. This is about electing one of the most powerful people on Earth. If you know of any US ex-pats - make sure they are voting come November.

I hope all of you will think about this when you go to the polls.  For some reason the politicians are starting to crack down again.  Maybe because it is near election time.  Maybe they'll forget about us after Nov.4.

Solution to the glass is half full - half empty ......

If you are taken something out of the glass than its half empty if you are putting something in the glass than its half full..

Sounds like sewage to me, or Democrats trying to get votes!  Think about it.  (1) how are they going to track what every one does with computer.  how many off shore places can you play.  (2) How are they going track money flow.  No body who does it is going to admit.  NOW honest players that get positive cash flow CLAIM IT in income tax.  (( I do ) will not if this happens)

Like are they going to some one watching what keys you are pressing when e mailing.  That is what this rumour entails.

Relax do not worry about just write your rep and gripe may it be a Democrat or Republican, as in the sooner the better.  Before and after election.  Let your concerns be know to them here in this forum and every where else.

Well I got a few more points but bed ( actually work tomorrow morning ) is telling snooze time. Cool
